Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the video streamers if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You are encouraged to print a copy for your records. * It is understood that Stream Adelaide is the exclusive event streamers retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other streaming company's contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client. * Stream Adelaide is not responsible for or dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on the location that is beyond their control. * If Stream Adelaide fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Stream Adelaide, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Stream Adelaide’s liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received. * Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Stream Adelaide. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that they have the legal rights to anything Stream Adelaide will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to Stream Adelaide for inclusion in the client's video. * A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the full payment must be paid within 2 weeks of the event concluding. If the client fails to pay the outstanding amount Stream Adelaide reserves the right to charge a $500 late payment fee. Thank you!
