How does payment work?

Upon booking your live stream I invoice for a 50% deposit. From there, we can either set up a payment plan or invoice the total amount before the wedding if you so wish. Full payment must be received before your wedding day.

How do you capture audio for weddings?

Depending on the setup there are multiple ways we can do this. If possible we will take a direct feed out from the celebrant/musicians/venues speakers. If this is not possible we can either hang a microphone in front of the speaker and clip a mic to either the celebrant or groom.

Is our video kept private?

Absolutely, your video is only accessible by people with who you share the link. We then ask for permission to share anything if we would like to.
